Psychological specialist (BPsychSc) and systems thinker specialising in neuroethical mental models and reference frames, along with the roles they play in cognition, reasoning and decision-making. Luan previously worked with the Dalai Lama helping to mobilise knowledge and manage over 500+ values-aligned volunteers. Owner of a psychological consultancy in the Northern Rivers focusing on emotional intelligence in medicine and a member of Harvard Flourishing by Design Group, and ForHumanity, she has a passion for mindful digital spaces and for examining and analysing the downside risks of AI, algorithmic and autonomous systems. Luan is the visionary behind Neuro, deeply dedicated to exploring balanced, regenerative, ethical and humanity-inspired models of thought to help solve complex problems and bring unity to the living systems we are all part of.

Neuroscientist, neurobiology professor, communicator, medical writer and author. Erin is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Virginia, where she teaches courses on lifespan brain development, empathy, the neural basis of behaviour, and neuroscience techniques. She publishes about living systems, pedagogy, and the neuroscientific basis of learning. Passionate and about making neuroscience information accessible to everyone, especially the parenting community. She is the creator of 'Second Nature: How Parents Can Use Neuroscience to Help Kids Develop Empathy, Creativity, and Self-Control'. Erin received her PhD and completed her postdoc work at the University of Virginia in neuroscience. She leads with a vision for humanity where the internet is collectively mindful about brain health, and where scientists communicate their science outside academia using a creative, connective, rewarding process.

Daniel holds a PhD in Neuroscience, and BSc in Physiology, with an extensive background in technical R&D and product development, specialising in data-driven solutions for mental health and sensory neuroscience. He has experience as a Platform Product Owner and Chief Scientific Officer at Sensae, managing the development of mental health monitoring platforms and AI products. His previous roles include Chief Scientist at CyborgNest, developing wearable devices to enhance sensory perception, and research positions at the University of Oxford, University of Strathclyde and King's College London, where he worked on neural interfaces and brain activity mapping. His technical expertise spans various programming languages, data platforms, and engineering tools. Driven by a commitment to neuroethics and the creation of technologies that serve the common good, Daniel applies his expertise to building collaborative, human-centred systems that are transparent, adaptive, and regenerative by design. His leadership in technology development is guided by the belief that innovation should increase human potential while safeguarding wellbeing at every scale.

As an educator and creative specialising in content management, product development, and data integration, Monika strives to always advance storytelling, innovation and inclusivity in ways that nurture compassionate societies. Fluent in English and Polish, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies and explores the intersection of neuroscience and music, focusing on its impact on brain development. As a Child Development Music Specialist and creator of the Music Playground and Child's Soundscapes, Monika advocates for multi-modal learning to increase cognitive and emotional growth. Monika's qualifications in Accessible Technology and Built Environment Design equip her with a unique skillset that she uses to manage NeuroChild, Neuro's parent and child-centred news network, and to continually improve Neuro's Wellbeing Framework, weaving together meaningful technologies that are human-centred and inclusive.

Executive Director of Neuro Foundation and Senior Program Manager with a focus on non-profit compliance, grants administration, quality assurance, and strategic planning with internal and external stakeholders. Neuro Foundation is the non-profit arm of the Neuro Ecosystem, working independently to distribute 15% of Neuro's profits directly to the scientists and community groups who are working hardest in the world to mobilise knowledge and increase wellbeing. Previously Neuro's Operations lead, Cheryl brings deep knowledge of the team and ecosystem, and an unwavering ethical compass shaped by decades of cross-sector executive collaboration. Cheryl has an extensive background in high-level administration and business systems development across public health and local government sectors, including in economic development and investment, and operating project multi-million dollar budgets. She has a decade of management-level non-profit experience, had led health delivery teams, and has collaborated with scientists to make their work accessible to the family home. Cheryl practices regeneration in living systems in both her business philosophies and everyday living from her organic farm on the outskirts of Sydney.
