We do not track you. This site uses only the small number of strictly-necessary cookies described below. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social-media tracking, or cross-site profiling on this site.

1. What we use

The only cookies set on this site are first-party, strictly-necessary cookies:

3. Analytics

We use a self-hosted instance of Umami at analytics.neuro.eco to count page views and understand which pages are popular. Umami uses localStorage for de-duplication, not cookies, and stores no personally identifiable information. The data never leaves Neuro infrastructure.

4. Authentication

Logging in or registering redirects you to our identity provider at id.neuro.eco, which is operated by Neuro Pty Ltd using Keycloak. The identity provider uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect login and registration forms against automated abuse. As part of that protection, Google may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie on the id.neuro.eco domain. That cookie is not set on this site. See Google’s Privacy Policy for what Google does with that information.

5. Newsletter forms

Our newsletter signup forms are embedded from MailerLite. When you submit one of these forms, MailerLite may load Google reCAPTCHA on its own iframe to verify the submission. The submission itself is processed by MailerLite under their own privacy policy. We do not load reCAPTCHA on any other part of the site.

6. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that the cookies above are required for the site to function: if you block sessionid or csrftoken, you will not be able to log in or submit forms. Blocking cookie_consent will cause the banner to show again on each visit but will not otherwise affect functionality.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if our cookie usage changes meaningfully. The revision date at the top of this page indicates the most recent change.
